Lancaster has become a sanctuary city, so unfortunately the majority of the crime occurs there. York is rather safe. Then again, we have right to carry so I guess that dissuades alot of criminals.

WHAAAT?! SANCTUARY CITY WITH CRIME? HOOOOW?

2020-08-10 00:20:03 UTC

It's especially weird considering the Amish primarily live in the countryside there. We have mostly Mennonites outside York

Watching the 10 pm news now. BLM protests in Lancaster today because the cops arrested a protester for failing to leave a few days ago.

Grindr: To end racism, weā€™re removing the ethnicity filters from our popular gay hook-up app
Google: To end racism, weā€™re letting you filter for black-owned businesses

Great ideas. I love how theyā€™re not contradictory.

You know, its really a shame ā€œContent of Characterā€ never became a thing

2020-08-10 07:28:40 UTC

Gay men are allowed to not want to have sex with women, but not wanting to have sex with particular ethnicities of men is just bigoted, man. Wonā€™t be long before we have state-enforced pansexuality.

The comments section of every video that covers the exodus of a blue city/state are people claiming that those moving in are voting for the same policies that turned their home state into what it is. I have yet to actually see evidence of these claims.

2020-08-10 11:55:55 UTC

@Variss Please keep videos, links, etc. to the appropriate channel. That being said, I think it is an interesting video. For example, there are a lot of people that leave California and go to Texas. We have yet to see the policy's enacted. I'd look at Austin, where Texas has gone somewhat Blue.

2020-08-10 12:22:19 UTC

As long as they leave their liberal ass ideas in California with them.

2020-08-10 14:07:19 UTC

@Froski - former Californian here. Worked and lived in Austin before (temporarily) I made the permanent move out of California to Dallas area a few years ago. Austin has been blue for a very long time, itā€™s the seat of the state government and university of Texas is there. Itā€™s proud of its hippy type culture. While there are people voting the same way as they did in California, I know of many that have changed. I never voted for all the crap in California, so I didnā€™t change, but Iā€™ve been a conservative since college

2020-08-10 14:09:12 UTC

Okay. And I actually looked into the politics of Austin after I said that, since my knowledge is from conservative YouTubers discussing it, such as Crowder who does his Change my Mind series there. I just think it is funny seeing businesses leave CA for TX because of better taxes, and their employees move there and try and implement CA policies.

2020-08-10 14:10:33 UTC

There are some sure, but that generalization is not accurate. There are many conservatives in California, they are just overshadowed by the big cities. Itā€™s an argument for electoral colleges in big states like California and Texas.

2020-08-10 14:12:26 UTC

California is a lost cause though, in ā€˜18 they authorized ballot harvesting. It caused long time house seats to flip blue. (See ca-45 and Ca-48, both were leading the results until magically thousands of absentee ballots showed up)
