I think Florida comm systems are being attacked. Like cell towers are being over loaded so communication becomes ineffective.

911 services just went down in my area, right before he started going crazy about this under attack idea

From what I could tell from a Google search, one or more cell providers are having a failure of their fiber backbone that is causing cell outages across the nation.
