If states controlled more the federal government wouldn't be so corrupt and not as much money would be in play for politicians

i've been a conservative since 2015 as well. Not so much because my views changed as liberals veered so far left that I'm left in the conservative column with my once mainstream left beliefs

I was always conservative and wanted bush and McCain to win when they both ran (I was too young when bush ran) but the 2016 election cycle really got me into politics

I wasnt political at all until Trump started campaigning, and i didnt understand much about anything that was going on, just that he was getting massive amounts of hate, so i decided i wanted to know what was going on, started looking into things, and became VERY hardcore conservative for a while, im still very conservative, but im not as hardcore or uppity about it.

I was very vocal about my beliefs when I was in middle school and high school and at one point 3 teachers told me I wasn’t allowed to talk about politics in their classroom at all
