so, i have a quick real estate story
so, there was a dude who is looking to buy a property but, he has a California number so he was asked where he was from and how he ended up here and his response was: i came here from southern California (not going to give district names) and when i got here i bought my wife a huge home on the local lake in cash so we could retire in what would have cost us tens of millions over there, but she divorced me after it was bought so now i am stuck looking for a 2 bedroom home in (local city).
