is there someone who know anything about " Internal Rate of Return" IRR and how to compensate investors that can help me?
uff, I remember a very basic intro into finance (online class) by gautam kaul, there he talked a bit about IIR and how to calculate it, iirc
the thing is I forgot to wright in down payment in interest in my expenses ( like they invest 500 k for example ) and they expect a back payment with 10% interest over 5 years
if I do that I have to recalculate everything , don't have time for that so I need to find other ways to compensate investors
was first going to give them shares but that doesn't make sense because they'll get way to much of a good deal from it if it goes well ( imaginary company )

Your investors are equity financing. They are planning on that sweet deal if things go great. But they get the shaft if things go south.
Headpats are an appreciating asset
Your lenders will carve their money out of your corpse if things go bad but its always the same amount.
IRR is not a factor in compensating investors, though you might make a case for it to calculate the predicted dividends of a given project.

@Xychotic true , yeah I get it the best thing to do is to offer a down payment with interest on what they invested , but I'm trying to avoid that because then I have to re-calculate everything , also re-write a lot ... I'm trying to avoid that also yeah I could give them shares but that goes against the advice of the teacher as it doesn't make sense when your companies is going to go up a lot in value then they will ear stupendously more then necessary
