You know what's fun? Trying to look for scholarships as a white guy going back to school.
I refused to talk to dept or asst managers... If I didn't talk to a comanager or store manager I knew nothing would be done.

Every once in a while you'd get a half decent lower level manager but most had enough shit to deal with

Yeah, a big part of the problem with Wal-Mart is that they have too many cooks in the kitchen, so to speak. Every department has a manager, and so they never are able to get anything done unless the asst manager or manager says so.

I'm going back to school specifically to learn from this one teacher, and because it also gives me a bunch of certifications in the field I'm trying to get into.

@Tex Thats what i did... between 2016 and 2019 i doubled the value of what i bought the business for while making a few grand a week

@Tex There is something you must know. Once you own your own business, employers are very apprehensive to hire you. They know you have money if you sold your business and they do not have that hanging over your head. There are other reasons as well.
