Lots of LGBT+ people woke up to the fact that the Democrats have been using them (just like minorities) for their vote, and have done nothing to actually help them. Even more, the Democrats actively try and keep their voter base poor and oppressed, cuz if they're no longer oppressed, then the Democrats have no platform on which to campaign. So, they need the oppression, and a cycle of freeing form oppression, then re-oppressing them, or what we're seeing today, which is getting their people to believe totally baseless, and fake oppression, is true.
