I have this mask i bought....it has like that clothing from the inside and u can adjust the size by pulling that little rope that's on the sides, it doesn't fall off and it's washable and nah not all medical face masks fall off i have those black ones they're kinda small and fit

Where I live, the predominant # of cases are only within the prison, so I dont even bother with the mask cus the probability of me even coming into contact with it are practically zero
