270k died from COVID so long as you count people who died and happened to have COVID even if it wasn't the actual cause of death.

Which is funny because all medical knowledge prior to 2020 said that that was a dumb way to count deaths

They tried to say my 61 year old mom had covid couple months ago but she had just a bladder infection
