270k died from COVID so long as you count people who died and happened to have COVID even if it wasn't the actual cause of death.
Which is funny because all medical knowledge prior to 2020 said that that was a dumb way to count deaths

I think it was like 97% had 2+ pre-existing conditions
The case count is just as skewed because theyre paying hospilats to mark cases
