I can't find where max specifically stated women aren't in construction which is almost true because men out number women in residential construction 50 to 1 at the very least, and commercial it has to be at least 20 or 30 to 1.

Hell in my HS years I worked at a construction company as a kid that picked orders from the warehouse and there was exactly 1 chick among 40 dudes. She could probably arm wrestle many of the guys and beat them.
