Put in some extra lats, Forearm machine
And some cardio and you are good
i just
work a physical job and try to usually eat pretty healthy food
i give myself a weekly pigass cheat day and don't really count calories and i hover at around 65kg now at somewhere round about 175cm
just cut the sodas out, no sugar in the coffee, lots of fruits and vegables
halved my weight
i also don't eat meat so much anymore but that's mostly because it's gotten kinda expensive
also eggs, eggs are great
gaston gave you good advice
if you wanna get big eat lots of egg, if you just wanna get lean eat eggs
half dozen eggs will fill most people up for only a couple hundred calories and a lot of protein
nice, im at 73 with 175cm too, but my job is mostly sitting
my diet is usually like
get home from work in the morning, eat like 3-6 eggs depending on how much i feel like i need
wake up, drink 2 pots of coffee, cook like a cup of pasta and a bunch of vegetables for it
snack on like carrots and apples and bananas and stuff if i get hungry
then on my off day eat like an absolute fatty, i'm talking pizza, cookie dough, ice cream, all that shit, doesn't matter since i keep such a heavy defecit the rest of the week
the fkn, super big gyro platter with extra feta, no problem
it does matter :P
but mental health is also important :c
i work the kind of job where at the end of the workday you're veins are bulging out and your shirt reeks of sweat
your, fimger pls
also i don't want to get super bruce lee shredded
i could if i wanted to by just upping the protein a bit and cutting the cheat day out but
nooot the look i'm going for
but yeah just eat decent and go work like maintenance or construction or some sort of manual labor like that, you'll lose the weight without any math at all
shit man what do you do
today i resigned from my job so.. im gonna holiday for next 4-5months
im planning on moving to regional australia for fun and getting a bit more active
maybe get a tour guide job or something more involving
😦
@AlbumONLY i maintain ~180,000 square feet of floor
waxing, buffing, replacing tiles, etc
the work's kinda split between three or four people but each of us do one step of it for the whole floor, i'll generally buff since nobody else wants to wrestle that machine and i don't have to worry about keeping someone else's pace

ours has a wider pad but yeah
not a typical /g/ job and it kinda sucks but hey, at least i'm making money i guess
oh thats good
