The other argument I've heard is the quicker shift times from autos in racing scenes, but that's only a very small percentage of cars made that fall into that circumstance

Pokemon

2020-12-06 22:16:03 UTC

hi

2020-12-06 22:16:07 UTC

you are a pokemon too

2020-12-06 22:16:16 UTC

i dont have any lucario emotes ;w;

2020-12-06 22:16:25 UTC

You play Mo lucario?

2020-12-06 22:16:39 UTC

Is Tyler ever in the discord?

2020-12-06 22:16:41 UTC

Modern autos are certainly superior for drag

2020-12-06 22:16:46 UTC

Yes.

2020-12-06 22:16:48 UTC

But they're not as fun

2020-12-06 22:16:51 UTC

if he was, i bet chat will go wild

2020-12-06 22:16:59 UTC

Lol

2020-12-06 22:17:00 UTC

There are quicker shift times in some vehicles, but I don't feel that you can get as much enjoyment out of an automatic. Stick shift just gives you a more connected experience in my opinion.

2020-12-06 22:17:04 UTC

It normally does

2020-12-06 22:17:10 UTC

I do see what you're saying there mike, and I do agree. The extra shifting wears out the clutches, springs, valves, etc quicker. But what would be considered a better outcome, an engine that lives longer because its in ideal range more often but a tranny that wears quicker, or vice versa?

2020-12-06 22:17:12 UTC

lol

2020-12-06 22:17:12 UTC

The only thing I really miss about old vehicles is there was actually space under the damn hood to work on stuff

2020-12-06 22:17:23 UTC

I was trying to find the best way to send him a message.

And the floor button for highbeams

2020-12-06 22:17:34 UTC

dam, this server has good emotes

2020-12-06 22:18:17 UTC

I get what you're saying, but it also depends on the driver. What if the guy driving the manual knows how to drive properly and efficiently, and the guy in the automatic wants to race everyone at the lights?

2020-12-06 22:18:18 UTC

How is everyone doing

2020-12-06 22:18:24 UTC

You don't. Please do not ping him unless he is talking, and his dms are closed.

2020-12-06 22:18:42 UTC

Staring at my phone looking for election news like some damn junkie and I ain't even american

2020-12-06 22:18:50 UTC

Lol "you don't"

2020-12-06 22:18:56 UTC

Nice

2020-12-06 22:19:09 UTC

Pretty good 😌 you?

2020-12-06 22:19:22 UTC

I'm great

2020-12-06 22:19:30 UTC

Idk if you guys know this but Canadians watch American election like its thier own election

2020-12-06 22:19:40 UTC

Most Europeans do too

2020-12-06 22:19:41 UTC

Our elections suck

2020-12-06 22:19:41 UTC

So do Australians

2020-12-06 22:19:44 UTC

Yeah

2020-12-06 22:19:49 UTC

Personally I think if the same person is driving both cars, and doing it as efficiently as possible, the automatic one is going to have slightly less engine wear over like 100k. I'm still gonna take the manual though lol

2020-12-06 22:20:12 UTC

Manual cars make girls wet

2020-12-06 22:20:14 UTC

United States does have a major influence on lots of the world so it’s not surprising

2020-12-06 22:20:16 UTC

So they are better

2020-12-06 22:20:36 UTC

Bruh imagine not driving manual

2020-12-06 22:20:44 UTC

Especially if you can switch gears smooth
