@ニャンタズマ#5252 why do 17yo college kids go to slimming world <:thenk:329322130804047872>
i'm like the only one
why not use myfitnesspal?
or go to the gym with all your puberty hormones
tbh, i haven't actually been to the group in ages
i just follow the diet
pro tip: if you start lifting now, by the time you get deep into uni you'll look like a beast without wastin all your cash on slimming world "meals"
and i'm gonna start going to the gym soon; just gotta w8 for my social worker to get her shit together
thanks, comfy
no worries, gotta plan for that 3 year transformation
barely have time to cook, so i just get these shits
indeed
I just go for the lazy rice/chicken breast/broccoli /fit/ thing when I'm losing weight tbh
yeah
>tfw no social contacts but plenty of time to cook
peanut-garlic sauce + veggies yesterday
and hoisin + rest of veggies today
I think most people have more time than they think
if they put down the laptop/phone/game console
cooking just needs a bit of focus
moreso if you're counting calories
but ballparking is fine tbh
if you get into cooking you automatically have less time to sit behind your laptop/game console/etc 😉
Yeah but it's at most an hour and a half for the entire day.
Yeah, true. if you get back from work 1,5h is still a lot
yeah time management is a hard skill tbh
my sleep schedule is fooked lately and it's driving me mad, for a while there I had shit down
throws time management for a loop
yeah i feel you. I always try to get at least 8h of sleep but it's tempting to just squeeze the maximum out of your day before sleeping
I usually get into a routine but that fucking sucks. feel like a zombie after a while
i just watch silly shit on youtube mostly when preparing dinner, its a good way to pass time tbh
1.5 hours if you really are into it and eat three square meals. 10 minutes for breakfast, 30 minutes for dinner and skip lunch for me
