my sleep schedule is fooked lately and it's driving me mad, for a while there I had shit down

yeah i feel you. I always try to get at least 8h of sleep but it's tempting to just squeeze the maximum out of your day before sleeping

I usually get into a routine but that fucking sucks. feel like a zombie after a while

i just watch silly shit on youtube mostly when preparing dinner, its a good way to pass time tbh

1.5 hours if you really are into it and eat three square meals. 10 minutes for breakfast, 30 minutes for dinner and skip lunch for me

i need 1h for dinner from preparation to eating generally
