Well yeah. Also to be fair we look at atheists as lacking morals due to their belief of nothing. It’s rare to find someone who holds Christian morals yet doesn’t believe in God

I can only speak from personal experience but most, if not all of the outspoken atheists I've met are undereducated for their claims, and make glaring logical errors. Yet, claim intellectual superiority. The hubris is the root.

Well I think a lot of atheists lack a base in morality, not because they lack a belief in god, but because the community actively deconstructs morality. They make everything relative, when I think it's obvious that certain things are bad and certain things are good. People like me have had the realization that some things cause suffering and are not okay.

You're going to run into a big issue though in objective morality. Look into it, but that naturally must necessitate ontology. If the state of humans is moral, and that comes from a nonhuman source, theism is the only conclusion.

That's strictly utility, not morals. Therefore, you can't actually assert anything is wrong. Only unwanted or unproductive.

Well, from my perspective, morality, things being wrong, are wrong because biology necessitates it to be. We are built as moral creatures for our own survival. Where it comes from doesn't change whether it exists or not. I don't meant to/want to argue I just want you to understand my postion. HOWEVER: Other atheist tend to have this viewpoint of the bible being some indoctrinating propaganda piece, but I'm more in line with Jordan Peterson and it being a beautiful way to outline and describe morality through stories/such

But again for me the religious issue is rather pointless, I think christianity is important to our society and I do not want to live in a world without them
