huan/huen what ever
if you want to make it nice you can throw some green onions and ginger in there too
(i prefer to use them when frying and not in the oil directly)
some places use sugar to get good coating on the stir-fry
but its not needed in the oil imho if you have good burner
They add some other spices I can't identify, think I need to kidnap a chink
>250 gr chicken breast
>5 tbsp soy sauce
>1 tbsp brown sugar
>5 tbsp rice wine
>2 tbsp peanuts
>3 tbsp tapioca starch
>scallion
>oil
>cut chicken into tiny pieces
>mix soy sauce, (half of it) rice wine, brown sugar and tapioca
>add to chicken
>let soak in the fridge for a few hours
>put a bit of oil in pan
>heat to max heat
>add chicken
>cook it until chicken is done
>add rest of soy sauce
>add peanuts
>add scallion
>cook another minute
>serve with rice
If you were kidnapped and the kidnapper explicitly said it's not a sex thing would you be more at ease?
don't know how it's called but my gf does it all the time
guys what's it called when something happens to you (you break a leg for example) and suddenly you keep noticing everyone has broken legs or breaks them?
it has a name
schizophrenia
terry has it
being injured
it's called injury
could be
yes when you break a leg you are injured
Frequency illusion
The Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon
but thanks guys, real helpful and all
some do (we werent chinese restaurant, only had some larger parties what ordered chink-menu
so we had barebones recipe
I noticed Chinese restaurants have massive menus, how do they do it?
most of it is same stuff with minimal variations
bad restaurants in general have, don't you have those Indian + Italian + Turkish restaurants nearby you offering pizza, kebab, indian stuff and all variations from one kitchen?
^ that too
but for chinese its same X-chinken/pork in different sauce
aka saucebase and some spices
large list is not always measure of bad restaurant.. but its good warning sign
and easiest to spot
Makes sense. Still bothering me I can't find the name for that type of restaurant.
another warning sign are nationalities
>go into Sushi place
>all staff speak Thai
>go into Italian restaurant
>you hear Turkish shouts from the kitchen
@Sapharanth (moving knife discussion here to not trigger Tribit) if you want to buy ONE knife after your paycheck - Spyderco Endura 4 hands down.
@johnfrum#8811 yakitori restaurants ?
not necessarily though
turkish staffed places are usually gud
Don't they ship in US only?
