adding on some forms of it are a color in different languages, not a slur. however it gets turned iinto and used as a slur

2020-12-29 18:16:28 UTC

How is banning the word any different? It's a word
It's only givin verlinitiy if you let it

2020-12-29 18:16:42 UTC

if n-word is a hate speech, a lot of the rap songs should be banned

2020-12-29 18:16:58 UTC

<:KEKWait:780472182387376130> I get called white all the time
What if IM offended by that?

2020-12-29 18:17:02 UTC

We censor words like that on UK radio @isoboto

2020-12-29 18:17:06 UTC

Should it be banned?

2020-12-29 18:17:29 UTC

if you ban a word, there will always be an alternative to use, than that one gets banned too. and the process repeats over time

2020-12-29 18:17:34 UTC

Allow me to explain it simply

2020-12-29 18:17:43 UTC

Do you believe the police should exist ?

2020-12-29 18:17:43 UTC

Please enlighten us

2020-12-29 18:17:52 UTC

Yes

What does police have to do with free speech?

2020-12-29 18:18:20 UTC

good on the UK citizens, then. I talked to a lot of Canadians and Americans blacks, whites and everybody in between, and they want selective censoring. which i don't condone or like

2020-12-29 18:18:30 UTC

In Britain they are directly connected, because saying wrongthink online gets you a visit from them

2020-12-29 18:18:31 UTC

To protect from people who want to do me Physical harm

2020-12-29 18:18:45 UTC

The entire idea that someone can imprison you for exercise your freedom of expression is insanity, isnt it?

2020-12-29 18:19:05 UTC

Censoring words on some media is one thing, but free speech is free speech. The only legal restrictions are calls to action and defamation. Stating that you can't say that "bad" word because it hurts someone's feelings is wrong. Just because there is free speech does not mean there is freedom of consequences.

2020-12-29 18:19:07 UTC

What's freedom of expression about beating with a baseball bat

2020-12-29 18:19:09 UTC

But arent people free to do you physical harm? Isnt that their freedom of expression?

2020-12-29 18:19:24 UTC

No it's not freedom of expression at alk

2020-12-29 18:19:30 UTC

i'd support abolish the police if the government mandatory armed and give training to citizens

2020-12-29 18:19:35 UTC

That's just assult

2020-12-29 18:19:37 UTC

How isnt it? @KingZapapple

2020-12-29 18:19:43 UTC

No. See the recent case in Oregon involving Andy Ngo. Physical harm is not speech.

2020-12-29 18:19:45 UTC

Thats your own personal interpretation

2020-12-29 18:19:49 UTC

What are they expressing

2020-12-29 18:20:10 UTC

They can say all they like but a baseball bat can kill me

2020-12-29 18:20:24 UTC

Calling me a cracker wont

2020-12-29 18:20:30 UTC

See the difference

2020-12-29 18:20:34 UTC

I think it is pretty clear what the difference between a person saying the n word and hitting you with a metal pipe is.

2020-12-29 18:20:49 UTC

Yeah there is

2020-12-29 18:20:56 UTC

But arent both expressions?

2020-12-29 18:21:08 UTC

Is scientifical. One action hurts feelings and the other hurts vital organs

2020-12-29 18:21:26 UTC

And when constant abuse promotes someone to kill themselves? @KingZapapple

2020-12-29 18:21:34 UTC

Freedom of Speech. Not freedom of action. Not sure which word you don't understand there, but there is a big difference.

2020-12-29 18:21:45 UTC

That's a call to action which is already against the law

2020-12-29 18:21:53 UTC

Someone saying the n word does not infringe on rights. Someone hitting you with a metal pipe infringes on your right to life.

2020-12-29 18:22:12 UTC

one is expression, the other is assaulting someone witha deadly weapon that could kill or disable them. As froski said freedom of speech and freedom of what you can do too someone are entirely different things

2020-12-29 18:22:23 UTC

I didnt mention speech on the matter of expression@Froski
