Joking about a civil war is not funny, the American Civil War took serious casualties and harmed many Americans, including several innocent Americans. Joking about a civil war is fine in real life because you have freedom of speech, but Discord will just ban everybody who Jokes or talks about a civil war. A civil war would be horrible, regardless of who started it.
