The fact that we have reached a point in political discourse where we can no longer converse between each other, and no longer hold basic respect for people, to the point where a segment of the population feels that their only recourse is to storm a government building to make their voice heard is tragic. It’s easily one of the saddest moments in our history that so many people felt this to be their only option.
