I think the bigger battle you will see is with mail in ballots, and the election ending up in the Supreme courts hands, similar to the Bush v Gore in 2000.

Here's the deal: because we have a senate majority, the Senate will approve whoever Trump appoints and because it will undoubtedly be a conservative, the 2nd amendment is safe for the next 20 years.

Problem is even though there has been a conservative majority in the Supreme Court they haven't been hearing any second Amendment cases in a while. The only benefit of the doubt I've given them is that it was a just in case someone descented.

2nd ammendment will only be safe if trump wins the election. The 2nd is the ammendment that protects the other ammendments. It falls, they all fall.
