Thing is, my pastor explained some things in why these things happen -

1) Tasers don't always work, especially up close. The needles need to be far apart for it to work.

2) Cops are told to use the next level of force - they aren't supposed to meet with equal force; that would make the situation fair for the criminal. Even then, cops STILL get overpowered; imagine if they all used equal force
