Well that's tricky if he hasn't directly said that, but I don't know if he has. I don't know how supportive that would be in a court case if he labelled Kyle a white supremacist in his commercial that he approved.
I have taken stimulants in the past and sometimes I think Trump is on a stimulant. One of the things that happens is when you come down you start slurring words and Trump will do that sometimes while appearing as if he has less energy
