I have taken stimulants in the past and sometimes I think Trump is on a stimulant. One of the things that happens is when you come down you start slurring words and Trump will do that sometimes while appearing as if he has less energy

I don't think there is anything wrong with taking stimulants to make yourself more productive as long as you have the discipline to not get carried away and start a binge. If I was the president I would take a stimulant before a speech.
