Its overwhelming tho
I just want comfy jerbs
i mean, i have matlab which they teach for a mechanical engineer but tbh i should have studied computer engineering
so system admin on your own
Its a foot in the door
same. Being a wagecuck sucks doe
Its awful
SysAdmin is ok
meme job
kek
as long as it pays good
Pay is fine
work is minimal
knowledge is necessary
i agree. In a way i am doing the PhD because i always wanted to make one
also i feel a bachelor is not enough
and industry sadly is ass kissing all the time
not that it doesnt exist in academia
but industry is #1 at that
I think it's kind of how you are as a person
I dont like working too hard
If you can manage it
Having a high degree is going to be important
i guess it depends on the person.
and i agree that PhDs are not for everybody
My best friend is really driven
Dude worked his ass off at a top uni
Then couldn't deal with the biz
And started a restaurant that does well
Motivated/fast learners will do well regardless
on undergraduate many people wanted to do one. When graduating many prefer to go directly to industry.
I wanna do college
Which is different from uni
In my country
College is practical
Uni is empirical
On engineering is specially true. Is more of tenacity than anything.
College is like a trade school?
Pretty much
So our unis are nothing but intellectuals
