The laptop dents like crazy and I have scratching OCD

It refuses to completely remove traces of Windows

Even after sandblasting it off

I started with Ubuntu to get familiar and now I want to go for Arch

you can do that with every laptop though

im not sure i can follow what you mean by traces of windows, but not being able to properly wipe a disk is not the fault of the laptop but yours
