America gets away with everything. No Americans were charged with war crimes after the atom bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki

2021-01-07 19:55:42 UTC

Why on gods green earth do you imagine the us Supreme Court picking up junk cases and ruling against them helps you lol

2021-01-07 19:56:23 UTC

"junk cases" tell us more...

2021-01-07 19:56:25 UTC

Letting unconstitutional changes to our laws stand is evidence of that corruption

2021-01-07 19:56:50 UTC

The state legislature can only alter election laws, not Secretary Bookcvar or the courts

2021-01-07 19:57:04 UTC

to stop patriots from trying to deliver justice by their own hands, like i said they are lucky it was mostly peaceful and they didnt burn the building or tear down statues like leftists

2021-01-07 19:57:06 UTC

In your “expert opinion of PA state law”. Please 🤦‍♂️

2021-01-07 19:57:27 UTC

Not my opinion

2021-01-07 19:57:37 UTC

I’m glad we agree then

2021-01-07 19:57:44 UTC

That was easy

2021-01-07 19:57:50 UTC

We don’t. It’s the opinion of experts

2021-01-07 19:58:02 UTC

Let me get a read here.

Scenario: A swastika makes the mainstream news.

Is it more likely to be a hate crime or a hoax?

2021-01-07 19:58:12 UTC

Maybe you should reread the PA scotus decision

2021-01-07 19:59:22 UTC

I have. They used laches as an excuse — too late to file a suit therefore we don’t review the case

2021-01-07 19:59:51 UTC

Laches is crucial in that case because laches makes it a constitutional issue

2021-01-07 20:00:14 UTC

Nope. No SCOTUS justice endorsed laches

2021-01-07 20:00:18 UTC

A Hoax of a Hate crime? no evidence nope never happen never!

2021-01-07 20:00:22 UTC

what about the merits of the fraud allegations?

2021-01-07 20:00:23 UTC

On September 11, 2020, the PA Department of State issued the following guidance after a court settlement: "The Pennsylvania Election Code does not authorize the county board of elections to set aside returned absentee or mail-in ballots based solely on signature analysis by the county board of elections.”

Pennsylvania Election Code requires that, for non-disabled and non-military voters, all applications for an absentee or mail-in ballot “shall be signed by the applicant.” 25 PA. statute sections 3146.2(d) & 3150.12(c). Also, Pennsylvania’s voter signature verification requirements are expressly set forth at 25 PA statute. 350(a.3)(1)-(2) and section 3146.8(g)(3)-(7). This guidance unconstitutionally did away with statutory signature requirements required by PA law. In addition, the guidance violated article II, section 1.2 of the US Constitution, which states that electors from each state must appointed in the manner prescribed by the STATE LEGISLATURES, not Secretary of State Boockvar or the judicial branch

2021-01-07 20:01:18 UTC

Are you under the impression the PA constitution only has one thing in it?

2021-01-07 20:03:09 UTC

Sorry I couldn’t help myself. 😂

2021-01-07 20:03:33 UTC

article 1 "No evidence" works for me you good @AOH_Assassin ???

2021-01-07 20:03:34 UTC

That is PA law.

2021-01-07 20:03:37 UTC

Maybe maga meant pre revo war all along

2021-01-07 20:04:03 UTC

funny but... England cant even take Rhode Island sorry

2021-01-07 20:04:14 UTC

PA constitution protects voter rights.

2021-01-07 20:04:41 UTC

lol too soon?

2021-01-07 20:04:43 UTC

even dead voter rights lol

2021-01-07 20:04:48 UTC

All state constitutions are clear that only legislatures can alter or make new laws, not the courts, and not Bookcvar

2021-01-07 20:05:06 UTC

Basic civics from Middle School

2021-01-07 20:05:10 UTC

yeah wait until biden is in at least lol

2021-01-07 20:05:29 UTC

State constitutions also prevent Guilanis from violating the Constitution

2021-01-07 20:05:53 UTC

He didn’t violate a thing.

2021-01-07 20:06:27 UTC

His remedy was to step on the voting rights of millions of voters

2021-01-07 20:06:31 UTC

I'm sure he violated a few hair dye or spray tan application steps. Whatever that was.

2021-01-07 20:06:49 UTC

Watching him like hawk. He’s not best of friends with our Prime Minister. We’ll need the Queen to take care of Biden.

2021-01-07 20:06:51 UTC

That’s a clear and egregious constitutional violation

2021-01-07 20:07:06 UTC

Spray on hair dye I think.

2021-01-07 20:07:17 UTC

Counting an illegitimate result precipitated by unconstitutional changes in the law violates voting rights
