That's the problem.

2021-01-04 09:24:33 UTC

Churchill, do you have a good stimulus package? i hear it's average.

2021-01-04 09:24:48 UTC

Then in that case, they should be allowed to operate under virtue of being denied any reasonable compensation for having to close down. You can't force someone to stop making a living without picking up the tab.

2021-01-04 09:25:31 UTC

i agree. The Government has to step in.

2021-01-04 09:26:00 UTC

and yet they've proven they won't. We're just going to see pork bill after pork bill.

2021-01-04 09:26:13 UTC

The only hope at this point is to get vaccines rolling out as quickly as possible

2021-01-04 09:26:35 UTC

and even then I'd be skeptical of these "logical" leaders to divest themselves of any power once the pandemic blows over

2021-01-04 09:26:44 UTC

It’s not the same as the U.S. we don’t get stimulus cheques. Only financial support. 80% of wages. Same for businesses. Sufficient to some extent. Some always fall through the gap!

2021-01-04 09:26:44 UTC

@Churchill, you just advanced to level 4!

2021-01-04 09:27:31 UTC

When someone like Rand Paul tells you that $600 is a slap in the face to common Americans, you know you done f'ed up.

2021-01-04 09:28:05 UTC

i wouldn't keep my hopes up. Vaccine roll out will take time & convincing everyone to take it is a mammoth task.

2021-01-04 09:28:34 UTC

i agree. The pork bill is hard to stomach.

2021-01-04 09:28:55 UTC

I don't understand why Trump didn't push them sooner.

2021-01-04 09:29:45 UTC

a number of reasons, but one being because Pelosi blocked most forms of relief in congress and determined to do so until after the election because she "didn't want to give Trump a win"

2021-01-04 09:30:19 UTC

he could have fired off a few tweets rather he decided to go on about election fraud.

2021-01-04 09:30:25 UTC

She only did a 180 on her stance until he called for $2000 checks during Christmas week.

2021-01-04 09:31:19 UTC

Trumps used the coivid bill, he's politicized it all. and so have the dems to be fair.

2021-01-04 09:31:59 UTC

Not to mention the added downside of printing so much money that the actual amount given has significantly less value compared to how much buying power it had 10 months ago.

2021-01-04 09:32:46 UTC

very true. The dollar is not worth the same it used to be. the cost of war.

2021-01-04 09:32:50 UTC

A smartphone I wanted to buy back in May at $700 jumped up in price to $850 USD when I checked again back in September

2021-01-04 09:33:32 UTC

Everything is up. Plus trade wars POTUS has taken on...too many simultaneously.

2021-01-04 09:34:24 UTC

we can blame one side or the other as much as we want, but we eventually become apologists for those we support.

2021-01-04 09:34:38 UTC

It's a big club and you ain't in it.

2021-01-04 09:35:33 UTC

It's why I respect someone like Rob who's taken a career in criminal defense to ensure people are treated fairly before the state. God knows we need more people like him.

2021-01-04 09:37:16 UTC

If men were angels we wouldn't need lawyers.

2021-01-04 11:34:50 UTC

He’s not talking to his legal team or about lawsuits. He’s telling the Georgia Secretary of State he doesn’t care there’s no evidence he won to change the results. The same SoS sent earlier Lindsay Graham to ask to cheat.

2021-01-04 11:38:50 UTC

Ooph looks like over 600 million was tracked down that was given from Trumps campaign to Trumps shell company the purpose of which was kept from everyone in his campaign and administration outside of his family. That explains why he needed his kids involved getting closer to a billion dollars falling into his pocket.

2021-01-04 11:40:42 UTC

Again, I asked, what did you think the objective of these lawsuits were? To overturn the election. What was the objective of asking the Sec. State to find more votes? To overturn the election. My point being, what's the difference?

2021-01-04 11:41:54 UTC

the whole thing has pretty much been wrapped up for a month now, Biden is gonnah be inaugurated on Jan 20th and nothing will change that

2021-01-04 12:04:37 UTC

It’s legal to prove there was election fraud in court to overturn an election legally. It’s illegal to ask someone to rig an election for you illegally.

2021-01-04 12:06:42 UTC

It's already been certified and transmitted to the electoral college, it's way past the safe harbor deadline

2021-01-04 12:07:40 UTC

how can you rig an election that's already been concluded?

2021-01-04 12:08:39 UTC

He says you need to just find Trump votes and tell people you recalculated the winner.

2021-01-04 12:09:25 UTC

there aren't any more Trump votes left to find

2021-01-04 12:10:42 UTC

That’s the point he means finding huge dumps aka Trump cheating 😂

2021-01-04 12:11:13 UTC

Do you just have a weird obsession with the guy or something?

2021-01-04 12:11:42 UTC

You keep talking about him more than most Trump voters I know

2021-01-04 12:12:43 UTC

I’m not sure that being concerned the president is committing felonies is obsessive

2021-01-04 12:13:41 UTC

As if there haven't been any Presidents since Carter that's committed a felony 🤣

2021-01-04 12:14:23 UTC

what else is new

2021-01-04 12:17:24 UTC

This is on a new level.
