The associate press, State election or governor does not determine the outcome of the election
Its never stated in the constitution
The AP is full of all kinds of crap
The consitution only states Article 2 section 1 Claus 2 "Each state as a legistator thereof direct a number of electors"

What happen if the State Legislature does not uphold the consitutional authority after being ruled by the supreme court such as when the state secretary of Michigan mentioned that they will not change the outcome of the election?
