Fear, pilitics, bribery. Hard to say.

2020-11-28 02:51:44 UTC

Keep in mind state judges in PA, MI, etc have several flaming lib justices

@Thomas Marik Are there any chances of them going to the supreme court?

2020-11-28 02:51:57 UTC

They would reject it the minute it hit their desk

2020-11-28 02:52:17 UTC

Who? The judges?

2020-11-28 02:52:28 UTC

And banned

@SlickMick If a court case ever get rejected, will it go to the supreme court

2020-11-28 02:52:33 UTC

Remember people. One of us is always watching

2020-11-28 02:53:00 UTC

And its usually mouse.

@Thomas Marik If the judge reject Rudy Guiliani case will it go to the supreme court in Georgia

2020-11-28 02:53:26 UTC

Possibly. Om sure it would be appealed

@Thomas Marik They don't have time for that though. He said he will be insissting that the state legislature uphold its consitutional

2020-11-28 02:54:16 UTC

All this stuff can be appealed. Allnthe wau to scotus. The question is if the higher courts will take the case.

He has a lot of evidence but not enough time left

He will have to do both

2020-11-28 02:55:55 UTC

I dont know that he can skip strait to scotus.

Why is that? In Penn they did it

They are going to the supreme court

2020-11-28 02:58:26 UTC

Yes but they didnt go strait there. It went through lower courts.

2020-11-28 02:59:01 UTC

Probably skipped because PAs gay ass Supreme Court is all liberal

2020-11-28 02:59:07 UTC

<:laugh:448312947073351681> <:laugh:448312947073351681>

How long will it take to reach the supreme court

I am talking about SCOUTUS

2020-11-28 02:59:39 UTC

Normally months but the time sensitive nature ofnstuff lile that can dramatically speed it up.

2020-11-28 03:00:02 UTC

It gets docket priority now I believe

2020-11-28 03:00:24 UTC

I'd think they'd take it up considering alito ordered a lot of stuff

I am just curious how the ruling is going to play out

in the supreme court

2020-11-28 03:01:28 UTC

Alot depends on how the case is presented.

Yea but aren't the judge that is blocking the certification not looking into the fradulent ballot and saying its matter of voter fraud

2020-11-28 03:03:30 UTC

Alright whats up people...i need some good news. Any good shit happen while i was in a food stooper

2020-11-28 03:03:32 UTC

I dont think the judge blocking certification is a supreme court justice. The scotus case is going to be its own thing.

2020-11-28 03:05:16 UTC

All the judges trying to defend blatant evidence is going to put them in the noose. Lot of people are going to be forever cast aside for blatant disrespect of the obligations, that is if charges are not brought against them

The affavdatii are just baseless statements from witness without evidence of video and recording during the incident that took place. @Thomas Marik

That is why the court rejected it

The court hasn't even claim what is considered mass voter fraud

2020-11-28 03:06:50 UTC

I have enough myself to put some ppl away without question so you cant say no evidence @šŸ‘‘ āœSteveBannon⚔NationalPopulisāœž

2020-11-28 03:06:56 UTC

Which court? We were talking about SCOTUS and you seem to be tlking about something else now
