Its over..
You sucking on that blackpill whizz
have had time to think it over and read into it further. Apparently it just needs to be refiled, pretty much as-is, by the proper people or at the right time
they dismissed it on a technicality that is easily addressed
@Thirsty_Fox wait wait wait, hold the frick heck up
The texas Suit
yes
Yes
Just needs
to be refiled
the right person
And when they refuse it?
so was I just over here loosing my mind for no reason
Constitutionalists my ass SCoTUs
my current understanding is that if it were filed by the states involved and it would be heard (which btw AZ is doing currently, independently of this)
but I've also been reading that this could be heard after the EC votes are done as that would be where they could claim damages (unsure about this, though)
SCwampTUS
When does the EC vote? Is it Monday or Tuesday
think it's Monday the 14th
14th right? So monday
Yup
So let me get this all straight, all that needs to be done, is to re-file the lawsuit, and it was dismissed on a FUCKING TECHNICALITY AND I'M OVER HERE GOING MONKE MODE FOR NO REASON
so we have shit going down still in AZ, PA, GA, WI, and MI, and possibly NV (haven't heard recently)
Okay, so hypothetically how would you think EC plays out?
if the affected people file it, then the technicality it was dismissed upon no longer holds true
Seeing the contested states still, would it fall to the delegation or what
Id think itd be a delegation
so who exactly was affected by it, who needs to file it?
considering PA and GA legislatures were in support, it stands to reason they might join (although PA already has a similar case going on under Alito, who wanted to hear out TX regardless)
We need words of encouragement from the GET right about now
People in the group are Blackpilled af
at this time, I think it's the states themselves that violated their own state Constitutions. But after EC votes, it might open up to other states again -- I'm unsure of that
his silence is all the blackpill we need right now. He isn't flailing about like his enemies want
So they only need to find the non-spineless republican to file the case for them
Hmm. From those 4 states. Which person would you throw your lot in witg
