better take something that you can imagine doing for some years
- the gnu challenge job is a hipster startup, most people are younger than me and have a totally different point of view on tech. They love Rust, Go, JavaScript and thousands of weird frameworks. The company gives you a free Mac, a fre iPhone and a free iPad.
- the .NET job is a 4000 people company that exists since the 1970s, used to be a warehouse, and now does e-commerce. The nicest part here is that they give everything to the employees at wholesale price (without earning profit on it) and they have almost 350 000 different things in their shop.
- the other one is not development but technical consulting. It's a payment services company
I am still looking for the 4th one where I am in the recruitment process. I need to start working 01.06 latest if I don't want to start draining my savings - so I have time
I think the most exciting one would be the .NET job, they want to automatize most of the processes inside the warehouse and remove roughly half of the warehouse personell within the next 4 years

been to a few companies where half the warehouse is robots
the other half is humans because robots suck at picking up random items from bins
the humans are just guided by computers anyways
a light at the correct aisle lights up
and then at the specific box
they walk over to the box
press a button on the box for each item they pick up
>not eating paleo
pretty much
Fucking discord scrolling, I meant gor the e bike thing
you mean if I would use it off road? I don't think so
Well you could buy it for off road use but not use it on the road
why would anyone do that?
To save a couple bucks why else
oh I see
but then if the police stops you, you lose your license
"driving a non street-legal vehicle" is insta license loss here
How good is your chinese accent
lmao
better than my huge, round eyes
You'll be in a constant contortion of fear so you'll be grimicing anyway
Have you considered shooting up the gnu challenge company?
They sound awful
Wow, thats not the attitude we need going forward into web 3.0 to create the internet of not only things but human connection
Right now I tend mostly towards the net guys
But, Microsoft has the vs code developmental team in Zurich and I'm in the hiring process
That'd be 10/10
When will they invite you?
I was at the first interview and got an invitation for the second one on Thursday
Sounds good
Gotta tell us how botnet code really is
