Squats build your ass but also build your things in fact i'd say they build your thighs more
There are certain exercises to target specific parts without bulking up other parts too much around it
Not directly but you talk about working put a lot lol
My thighs are thicc
And you gotta change up your exercises every now and then cause our bodies get used to it and that's when we plateau
Introducing new movements/routines to the body is a good way to keep growing muscle
