@TaneRameka i can say that through sylent prayer 100% I learned how hold my body relax and calm. I don't have dreams anymore. So I guess it's more reasonable to doing sylent prayer just before you low in bed. Because even from common sense point of view your body will rest and heal more quickly with unstressful body.
