Do you ever feel angry at a frustration in life and then you find yourself hating and cursing the situation?

I realize it is God that gives me what i need as I walk in gratitude and slow down my thoughts as prayer and then pray without words. Then repeat in myself and encourage others to see it if it is truly truly is true in them who is Truth.
It allows anger to be healed by what I know as the grace of Good in that gratitude. 🙏
