civilizations work best if all within it are in harmony

with the ppl within it and outside of it

But Division and Human nature like to Disrupt that Harmony

Yes perhaps the way to avoid a civilization to crumble would be all to do the silent prayer

well an external entity/civilization could take over or destroy, or they could help in trade or bartership.
