Does filling the Middle or rear rows buff anything?

Not sure if it does anything per se, but you know that some guns give buffs to certain rows?

I mean inherent buffs. The loading screen specifically says that filling your front row full increases the range

So I'm wondering if filling your middle or rear rows buff anything. It'd make sense, since you can only fill one row since teams are 5

It'd just be a another tactical choice to make. Front = range, middle = ROF, rear= damage reduction, maybe? Oh well
