Umm you know why Voter ID laws weren't considered unconstitutional... because there is an option to run down to any place that issues IDs, Drivers Licenses etc. and get a free photo voter id in all the states that have passed the law.. only need to provide some kind of proof of residency and citizenship..
Its not hard for anyone to do...
plus in most places you can't even buy alcohol or cigarettes or any other age restricted item without valid photo id
so the number of people without them is very low
Weird the SCOTUS said if you design a system in which if minorities have the ID you ask for and you say sorry you arent white enough to vote it does violate the Constitution.
Finger prints solve all election issues.
I have issues with fingerprints being used for verification
That one has a potential for search and seizure violations

LEOs will use any database that they can with impunity to "solve" crimes...
Their gerrymandering of minority rights is obscene and they openly brag about how many minority votes they successfully stripped to control state and national houses of Congress. The same gerrymandered state congress they are using right now which do not reflect the will of the people to steal a presidential election from the will of the people 😂
Democrats here in TX are the ones that have done all the gerrymandering in the last 20 years
Every area of states deserve a representative that reflects what they want in congress
People of all colors switching parties is not racism. If I tell you that because of the color of your skin. You have to vote for this party or you are not black.... that is in itself the exact definition of racism.

Gerrymandering is when the whole state votes Dem but all your reps are GOP. It has nothing to do with switching parties. If they take your rights away and get a rep against what you voted for you didnt switch parties.
It's never been nearly as bad as what the GOP did following the removal of the voting rights act which was stopping them.

That's not happening... Where I live the Dems have drafted the lines in such a way that as many precincts as possible touch blue cities like the spokes of a wagon wheel...
The scale and scope was completely unprecedented. Minority votes in races which can be gerrymandered were worth less than under 3/5 founding father nonsense.
That way the blue city votes supress the red and yellow votes

If so many minorities switched from Democrat to GOP that 60% of the state voted Democrat and 40% voted GOP what percentage of House reps should be Democrat in a fair election?
Just because you vote for trump/Biden doesnt mean you vote down ballot...
