Flynn specifically though was on tape because they were bugging the Russians phone. During the transition period there was some promises made to Russia. The FBI interviewed him about what he talked about with the Russians when they had a literal transcript of everything he said and he sat there and straight up lied to their face. That is what landed him in trouble.

I’ve seen the transcript. There’s nothing there that indicates any kind of malicious collusion. If Biden’s nsa pick did the same thing I wouldn’t think twice.
