Prosecutors are far more involved in politics in the legal system.

As they're linked to DAs.

Who are elected.

I am actually taking my lsat in January with hopes of becoming a prosecutor it’s the single most powerful position in the legal system when you look at the weight of a persons life being in someone’s hands. There’s room for discretion and alternative sentences I’ve yet to see executed from my local commonwealth attorney

But that's also why federal prosecutors have massive conviction rates.

Because they're far more thorough and unbiased imo.

SDNY put Frei's show in a legal document trying to convince the court to gag someone, and using Frei's show as an example of information getting out of hand. Next day, Frei's show blew up. Robert has to figure out how to get mentioned in SDNY filings.

@realz I found Frei cause I was watching Legal Eagle. I am not a lawyer but I suspected he was misleading people on the law. So I searched “legal eagle wrong” and Viva popped up first. Subscribed lol

Well law isn't something that is handled by robots, so there is always going to be a lawyer who is wrong in a case.

there are some other good ones, but they stay away from politics like the plague

alas there are no left wing lawyers that I know of, aside from Legal Eagle recently (that discuss politics)
