Dominion does not use Smartmatic software.

Smartmatic was forced to divest itself of Sequoia in 2006 due to concerns about foreign ownership. It was owned by a holding company until Dominion bought the assets in 2010. Sequoia filed bankruptcy in 2014 and is no more.
