expert witnesses eye witnesses statistical analysis and so on

2020-11-28 08:52:20 UTC

You can do a search for posts with under my handle on this channel. I posted notes on the hearing minutes after it finished.

2020-11-28 08:53:27 UTC

You should watch it again considering you seem to value the evidence presented as just as trustworthy as the steele dossier

2020-11-28 08:56:53 UTC

I posted several pages of notes. This hearing did not include cross examination or rebuttal witnesses. It provided a basis for a circumstantial case. The 2 former Colonels spoke very well, but they gave few specifics. The second one talked about the thumb drives being installed unobserved - while observing it being done and said that several others could attest to having seen it being done, as well. That's a lot of eyeballs for not having been observed.

Fraud requires proof... not allegations of opportunity.

2020-11-28 08:58:00 UTC

I dont expect the side who is trying to install their candidate will do well on the cross examination

2020-11-28 08:58:16 UTC

@Luke What 4 counties did they focus on and what voting systems did they use?

2020-11-28 08:59:03 UTC

who, context please, I assume you're referring to a statement made at the hearing?

2020-11-28 08:59:40 UTC

They gave sets of testimony alleging irregularities in 4 PA counties.

2020-11-28 09:00:05 UTC

Do you know what counties and what voting systems they used in each?

2020-11-28 09:00:18 UTC

I do not personally, no

2020-11-28 09:00:56 UTC

The peoples who's job it is to know, know

2020-11-28 09:01:27 UTC

They made allegations of irregularities in Philadelphia Alleghany, Delaware and Montgomery counties... only Montgomery uses Dominion Voting systems.

2020-11-28 09:01:32 UTC

I assume the most populated blue ones

2020-11-28 09:02:03 UTC

Philadelphia and Delaware use ES&S and Alleghany uses Hart.

2020-11-28 09:02:25 UTC

I dont remeber the PA hearing bringing up dominion but i might be wrong I thought that was sindeys suit

2020-11-28 09:03:05 UTC

Do you know how many use paper ballot ballots that can be used to verify that the votes were not flipped?

2020-11-28 09:04:25 UTC

The idea was the votes were changed on the machines and tabulators and theyt closed the stations and took days to count to create the physical paper trail

2020-11-28 09:04:25 UTC

@Luke, you just advanced to level 3!

2020-11-28 09:04:29 UTC

All of them... The entire state, in fact. It was mandated last year.

2020-11-28 09:05:08 UTC

In GA for example the count was stopped for a 'water leak' which turned out to be a broken toilet

2020-11-28 09:06:43 UTC

Again... circumstantial. People assume malfeasance, because their hero told them that there would be.

2020-11-28 09:06:51 UTC

also they need to keep ballets for 22 months but they dont keep ballot images from the machines.....

2020-11-28 09:07:17 UTC

again there is waaaaaaaaay more to go on including thousands of witnesses than the steele dossier

2020-11-28 09:08:10 UTC

How about this... According to Sidney Powell asserts that systems have been compromised since 2004 when Smartmatic built a custom system for Hugo Chavez, right?

2020-11-28 09:08:40 UTC

I assume the system got more streamlined over time but yes make your point

2020-11-28 09:08:43 UTC

How many states or jurisdictions used Smartmatic systems?

2020-11-28 09:08:53 UTC

wasnt it like 29 or so

2020-11-28 09:09:02 UTC

1

2020-11-28 09:09:25 UTC

dominion is used in 29 and uses smartmatic software

2020-11-28 09:09:38 UTC

LA County contracted with Smartmatic to build a custom solution that they retained the rights to.

2020-11-28 09:09:59 UTC

Dominion does not use Smartmatic software.

2020-11-28 09:10:31 UTC

the court will decide that it would seem because sidney and the insider whistleblower seem to think so

2020-11-28 09:11:19 UTC

I have learned from this thread that Talon knows all and can never be wrong

2020-11-28 09:11:35 UTC

There was a company called Sequoia systems that had been around since the 70's. They were the company that built the old punch card voting machines that FL used during the 2000 election that caused the hanging/dimpled chads. Do you remember that fiacso?

2020-11-28 09:12:05 UTC

2020-11-28 09:12:16 UTC

i was 1 so no, but I've caught up through recent events so go on

2020-11-28 09:12:18 UTC

Smartmatic formed in 1999 in Miami - started by a couple of Venezuelan expats.
