Nope it would be quite unusual for an investigation to release security footage when giving an official response. People often dont know what they are looking at and it can create confusion especially with a process like counting votes. But they did mention the video was part of their investigation

They gave the relevant details from their investigation to put out to the public clearly explaining what happened and why they completed a full investigation. Nothing was left out that needs to be known. It also clearly shows what is required if they want the SOS to reopen the case. Trumps legal team choose to say their investigation is a lie.
