@Soburin yes i agree to they should do the court hearing and suit people that are trying to mislead the voters .

I'm just so tired of hearing about Trump.

The hearings are, I think, for two purposes. First, to get the legislatures to use their power to nullify results, overturn the results or choose electors based on what the results really were prior to the cheating... and second, for public awareness so people can actually hear the witnesses where as the courts keep making that impossible.

There's no repercussions for Trump... If all the people giving evidence perjured themselves

I'm making conclusion based off of election law and looking at the system.

Yes

If you were basing it off election law then you would have to give the election to Trump because all the states involved violated their own election law

But at scale, not so much

While that may or may not be true it's a state issue and we all will have to wait on the respective States ruling.

Having latitude to change the election regul ation by some state legislatures to the secretaries of State or election boards.

I'm not saying I know one way or another I'm just looking at the synergy of the entire debacle... At this point it doesn't look like it's moving in a path that's going to yield a positive Trump.
