I dont think mods were ever hard to install?

No they were easier

You used to have to open the JavaScript files in winrar or some shit and add classes and whatnot

But I think they fucked up something

Like I think now it's harder to install than before

Since before all you had to do was open minecraft.jar drag shit into it

And delete META-INF folder if visible

Now you have to tinker around backups, have some folders used as jars or some shit

Mods arn't easier to install. It is just easier to create a custom modpack where the mods don't conflict and shit on on another.

Mods in the meta-inf days would break if they modified the same class.
