Well it’s more of a attitude Change. The better life is the less people rely on guns as a tool to settle disputes , both interpersonally and with the government t

2020-12-13 10:40:37 UTC

You said you have to put it on a car @Maw

2020-12-13 10:40:47 UTC

its a problem because he doesnt understand a firearms is just a tool, he wants to control the ppl, or he knows whats best for other ppl

2020-12-13 10:40:50 UTC

No I didn't?

2020-12-13 10:40:59 UTC

You can mount a M2 to anything.

2020-12-13 10:41:16 UTC

It’s probably , expensive and heavy

2020-12-13 10:41:24 UTC

Very expensive and heavy yes.

2020-12-13 10:41:36 UTC

150-300 lbs last I checked.

2020-12-13 10:41:37 UTC

No I’m fine with self defense @Ghostdog

2020-12-13 10:41:43 UTC

You are?

2020-12-13 10:41:50 UTC

I don't remember how heavy the barrels are.

2020-12-13 10:41:53 UTC

Here we go again with the badass @james j

2020-12-13 10:41:56 UTC

I m just don’t buy this government gonna take over thing

2020-12-13 10:41:58 UTC

I think they're probably 60-80 lbs.

2020-12-13 10:42:07 UTC

as long as its never to be for defense of the oppressed by tyrannical leaders right

2020-12-13 10:42:25 UTC

We don't think the government will take over... But we also don't want them to have the opportunity without a fight.

2020-12-13 10:42:39 UTC

@Ghostdog no just common sense interpersonal defense

2020-12-13 10:42:53 UTC

You can't defend yourself with groveling and nice words.

2020-12-13 10:43:05 UTC

Literally, people with FFL licenses just do it for fun.

2020-12-13 10:43:19 UTC

I thought about getting an FFL

2020-12-13 10:43:19 UTC

that has nothing to do with the 2nd amendment, it is NECESSARY for the security of a free state

2020-12-13 10:43:30 UTC

Again as society evolves and people’s lives improves as it has over the past 100 years the less people will rely on guns to settle disputes between themselves and the government @Ghostdog

2020-12-13 10:44:12 UTC

@{CAP}Radeon nah most gun people think the government is gonna take over one day

2020-12-13 10:44:12 UTC

@james j, you just advanced to level 33!

2020-12-13 10:44:32 UTC

one can only hope, you can do the hoping ill err on the side of caution

2020-12-13 10:44:33 UTC

You mean kinda like they just did in Canada?

2020-12-13 10:44:34 UTC

Oh so now we think the more civilized and advanced we are, the less we will need them because what?? There will always been power, and a striggle for the power.. I'm sorry but as long as people are the way they are, people are always going to be dangerous regardless.

2020-12-13 10:44:53 UTC

@Ghostdog its what has been happening

2020-12-13 10:45:15 UTC

"just trust the police."

2020-12-13 10:45:23 UTC

@Maw yeah Canada isn’t under martial law and a dictator

2020-12-13 10:45:25 UTC

"just trust big daddy government."

2020-12-13 10:45:33 UTC

says you, in reality the lethality of weaponry and warfare, even an armed populace has probably deterred many conflicts

2020-12-13 10:45:39 UTC

Beg to differ, using covid as a means to pass an assault weapons ban.

2020-12-13 10:45:46 UTC

Australia isn’t

2020-12-13 10:46:02 UTC

80. percent agree @Maw

2020-12-13 10:46:24 UTC

@james j Tell that to the asshole that nearly ran me over in a gas station parking lot while he was pouring his fucking beer into a coffee mug. I had to brandish my weapon to stop him from hurting myself or others. There are always going to be people that make stupid decisions at the risk of others. There will always been a thirst for power and that will feed the need for more advanced and powerful weaponry... It will never go away.

2020-12-13 10:46:29 UTC

And it doesn’t really effect the people who have to deal with wild life

2020-12-13 10:46:38 UTC

Except it does.

2020-12-13 10:46:48 UTC

And it effects the people that vehemently are against it.

2020-12-13 10:46:55 UTC

Those details can be ironed out

2020-12-13 10:47:00 UTC

Like, say, certain provinces.
