It’s kinda of odd that the creators of the first Great Wall aren’t fans on the guy building the second Great Wall.

2020-12-14 17:54:27 UTC

Never thought about that before. Huh.

2020-12-14 17:54:43 UTC

It makes perfect sense party members want to enjoy The prestige of having the greatest wall ever built, for all time and ever and ever.

2020-12-14 17:55:01 UTC

Hipsters.

2020-12-14 17:55:14 UTC

This has only be argued twice in our History. There is not much Case Law on this Issue. There is a Nuance to Constitution Law on this Issue. One of the major reasons I believe Standing was a Bad way to Address this Issue. IMO

2020-12-14 17:57:22 UTC

Standing is not some exotic thing

2020-12-14 17:57:23 UTC

@james j, you just advanced to level 34!

2020-12-14 17:57:32 UTC

Either you are injured or you aren’t

2020-12-14 17:57:39 UTC

In this case you aren’t

2020-12-14 17:58:00 UTC

You can’t tell other states what their laws are

2020-12-14 17:58:08 UTC

With that I need to find a luckin coffee mission, I mean house , so I can continue my recruitment efforts under the thousand talents plan.

2020-12-14 17:58:33 UTC

with the exception of the elector's clause

2020-12-14 17:59:21 UTC

We did not have such a thing for At least for the First 100 Years.

2020-12-14 17:59:40 UTC

Right @meglide

2020-12-14 17:59:59 UTC

The idea of Standing has existed throughout our history

2020-12-14 18:01:06 UTC

@Zuluzeit Chairman, I know from your past work you've dealt with 65 million when will you deal with the current 65 million?

2020-12-14 18:01:11 UTC

It’s a good law. I can’t sue you for doing something that I have no say in

2020-12-14 18:01:53 UTC

Or show injury

2020-12-14 18:02:37 UTC

@William Dinan good discussion ... won't argue that manner in which SCOTUS denied the relief was the best, just that makes sense given the circumstances

2020-12-14 18:02:46 UTC

> @Zuluzeit Chairman, I know from your past work you've dealt with 65 million when will you deal with the current 65 million?
@busillis They will be cared for like everyone else. Eventually they will see it's not so bad.

2020-12-14 18:03:26 UTC

Cause of Action and Standing is Different. Research.

2020-12-14 18:03:40 UTC

Thank you most honorable Chairman.

2020-12-14 18:04:41 UTC

ability of a party to demonstrate to the court sufficient connection to and harm from the law or action challenged to support that party's participation in the case. @William Dinan Texas did not meet this bar

2020-12-14 18:04:47 UTC

I'm talking about Process, not Outcomes.

2020-12-14 18:05:22 UTC

Pennsylvania did not injure Texas

2020-12-14 18:05:34 UTC

Barnes is a hack that works for the Trump campaign

2020-12-14 18:05:45 UTC

agreed and I think Thomas and Alito would have preferred a different process but the outcome would have been the same

2020-12-14 18:06:15 UTC

Equal Protection on the Selection of Electors.

2020-12-14 18:06:34 UTC

That’s in state. @William Dinan

2020-12-14 18:06:39 UTC

A state issue

2020-12-14 18:06:41 UTC

I'm not sure.

2020-12-14 18:07:08 UTC

They literally said they would not grant the remedy they ask @William Dinan

2020-12-14 18:07:16 UTC

fair but absent an injunction the electors are voting today

2020-12-14 18:07:27 UTC

Electors Clause is a US Constitutional Issue.

2020-12-14 18:08:24 UTC

Voting in the State Yes.

2020-12-14 18:08:27 UTC

So many ways to steal.

2020-12-14 18:08:38 UTC

Finally someone enters the sphere of US political life with a proven track record for making things happen at scale.

Every thinking person and party loyalist should not rest until there is a Little Red Book in The possession of all the citizenry of The People's Republic of Lemon'ey Fresh.

2020-12-14 18:08:45 UTC

They were appealing to how the state conducted their election and the rules they set out for the election. They have no standing for that @William Dinan

2020-12-14 18:09:59 UTC

more massive and detailed no evidence

2020-12-14 18:10:02 UTC

I have said all along this should have been an Electors Clause Issue not an Election one.
