I don't think there's a legal correction. There's motivation outside the scope of the law (personal belief) that is weighing having certain legal consequences versus have trump another term. Basically weighed their option and this behavior is their vote.

This may be conected to the recent forensic dominion machine examination that found only the 2020 election data server security logs were found missing( removed) although previous years data logs was avaliable.
From an outsider looking in I would suggest this is the big one, overseas interference will fall in line with the 2018 rolling state of emergency
