yes this is a good point. many charities in the developing world will see a massive drop in their donations. i think even the WHO admitted millions could die as a consequence
I personally wear a Mask in places that they request them. I do it as a sign to put the Employees at rest. I don't wear it expecting any Benefit from it.

Same. If people like to believe the masks 🎭 are some magical shield, I’ll play along. There’s plenty of conflict in 2020, making some McDonalds min. wage employee make a scene kicking you out because store policy seems unnecessary.

What’s the general consensus on small restaurants? IMO if Walmart can be open and have a few hundred customers a mom and pop shop can support their light traffic.

I don't know how they justify what is essential and what is not. Seems to be no Standard.
Seems arbitrary. The phrase “Every business is essential to the employees/owner (+ families) it supports financially.” makes the most sense to me.
