Yeah it doesn't make sense...
Why Justice Roberts does not want to take on Texas Lawsuit - Supreme court afraid of Riots and mop rule
https://video.parler.com/3M/Jo/3MJotTEm9kEu.mp4
Exactly. The only people stupider than 80 year old senators are ANYONE in the MSM.
Who is this?
theres so much fraud its hard to even track or compile it all
???
LOL. Yep. It's Orion running on Azure
multiple hearings in every state, hours after hours of fraud issues.. tip of the iceberg still lol
Ahh gotcha
It's true. Sadly there just isn't enough time given by the constitution. Which is why they put the clause in there for the states to choose if the popular vote wasn't secure.
I just don't understand why we aren't steering directly there.
@Uncivil Law covered this today on his YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/B7zNeyWmuzM
yeah there should be massive preparation for that battle, not debating small details still... but all the evidence could be used to make that case, what can me compiled
Most of this stuff shouldn't matter. The observers said it was solid. There is numerous and clear evidence that fraud COULD have taken place. The impression should be all that matters. You shouldn't have to prove it. If you can't have an election that is beyond reproach, it should just fall back to the state legislators as WAS INTENDED>
yeah thats well put, how it plays out could get interesting
never happened, lol π
they go in a room come out and Trump wins, leftists will snap
Is this your video?
@Dreadnaught, you just advanced to level 9!
The whole country is going to fall apart either way... at least if they did the right thing, it would fall apart fighting for the right things, instead of just sitting back and watching it happen.
I guess there's something to say about the left threatening life, and the right threatening to see you in court too though.... lol
It certainly feels like the SC hasn't defended the constitution. Whether that event happened or not.
pray for the best but have to prepare for the worst
@Dreadnaught yep
Yea, I don't see how so many judges can throw these cases out over and over because of minor procedural issues.... it seems like the actual issues are much more important that that.
I am uncivil law
I make videos π
I think they are both informative and fun π
we have uncivil and uncommon laws sadly lol
Not bad. Have to say though, whether the event you start off talking about happened or not, the sentiment of the 'Leak' is in line with some truth. Now calling for their blood is a little rough.
the sentiment? What are you talking about?
But when cases keep getting kicked out of court before the election because the election hasn't happened yet. Then after the election they get thrown out because they waited too long.
Is this some AOC-like thing. "I think that thereβs a lot of people more concerned about being precisely, factually, and semantically correct than about being morally right."
Take the PA case, the lower court ruled in favor and the state SC took it up without an appeal and threw it out on laches.
yeah the supreme court of PA can do that in their system
If no one hears these cases on the merits
There is going to be some pretty jacked people for justifiable reasons.
At least it might not be the end of the world....
well, less so from my perspective, but I maintain a separation between law and politics in my own mind,
The decisions from the courts I have seen have all looked pretty reasonable to me
